Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you place the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

Don´t like your Hallafa Items? No worries.

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Please note all the information below:

The returned products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

In addition, the product must be in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, swimwear or gift cards. All custom-made and personalized

products are also non-returnable.

Before returning, please contact customer service info@hallafa.com.

Please also note that not picking up from the post office is not a return or cancellation!

Note: Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

Include the following information with the return:

- Your name, address and phone number

- Your bank account number

- A copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval

or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

Please note that a 5% bank processing & handling fee will be charged for the refund.

Please note, as a customer you are responsible to pay the shipping costs of the returned goods if they

are shipped from outside Finland.

If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product delivered to the customer,

the customer must immediately report the error to info@hallafa.com

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 30 days of receiving

the Items.

If the package is damaged in post, a complaint about the product must be made to the transport company.

If returns are shipped to us from outside the Europe, any additional costs like taxes,

duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
